Before I opened my doors as an offsite administrator in 2002, I worked for many years with various businesses in and around New York City.
Now my office is based in my home. My team and I accomplish more in a day than anyone would have thought possible 10 years ago.
The fundamentals of running a profitable business remain the same as they always were. Except now there are more proficient ways to get to where you want to go in the fast paced world we live in.
I work quickly, methodically and analytically, in a forward thinking manner, utilizing established systems and creating new techniques along the way.

I have been working with Administrative Office Solutions since 2009. Born in Mexico City and raised in New York City, I am bilingual and I love working in a fast-paced environment.
I began providing administrative support and quickly moved on to database management, event planning, social media monitoring and website design/updates.
As Project Manager, I oversee client contracts, databases, financials, email blasts, as well as website management.
One of the best things about working for AOS is the exposure to a variety of industries that use or have used our services. Some are non-profit organizations, music, entertainment, restaurants and retail stores.
I am very fortunate to work in a company that provides learning opportunities with each new client.
